100th Anniversary of the First Air Freight Flight October 2
A group of enthusiasts in Columbus and Dayton are planning a celebration of the 100th anniversary of the
First Air Freight flight in a Wright Model B on November 7, 1910. The flight carried 200 pounds of silk from
Huffman Prairie in Dayton to Driving Park in Columbus. Our hope is to recreate that flight
on October 2.
