  To start off the OAA Annual Conference on Monday, April 6 in the evening attendees will get a 180 degree view of the Columbus downtown skyline at the Stories on High restaurant and reception area. You can split the sponsorship for $2,500 each or 1 sponsor at $5,000.
• Opening Legislative Reception Sponsorship (Monday evening) – $2,500.00
  Join your fellow members for networking, food and a little fun! Mix and mingle for an outdoor reception Monday evening (weather permitting). Help OAA welcome our members by sponsoring either of these events.
• Platinum Sponsor (exhibitor table + other sponsor benefits) – $10,000.00
• Silver Sponsor (exhibitor table + other sponsor benefits) – $5,000.00
• Speaker (attending conference) – $400.00
  If you are selected to present at the conference you will be able to register for the conference at the member rate through February 28, 2026. This rate goes up to $450 from March 1-16, 2026 and $500 from March 17-Aprl 8, 2026.
• Speakers (presentation only)
  You must be selected to speak at the conference in order to register under this selection. Speakers are not required to pay for registration if you only plan to attend the portion of the conference during your presentation and then depart. If you plan to stay for any other part of the conference you will be charged the discounted member rate for registration.
• Student (Job Fair - Tuesday, April 7, 2026 4-6p.m.)
  The free student ticket is good for the Job Fair starting at 4p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 through 6p.m.) Come join airport professionals, businesses and aviation enthusiasts from around the state and region to network and see if you find a good fit in your aviation career! • Tuesday Evening Job Fair Sponsor – $2,500.00
  The second night of the 2026 OAA Annual Conference will feature a job fair for students and attendees in the exhibitor hall. You can split the sponsorship for $2,500 each or 1 sponsor at $5,000.
