    Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the upcoming 2025 Ohio Aviation Association and Ohio Aviation Foundation Golf Classic.  The outing will be held at the Golf Club of Dublin on Friday, September 26, 2025.   The range will open at 7a.m. with a shotgun start at 8.am.  The post golf reception will be from approximately 1-3p.m. in the afternoon.

    Dear Elected Officials, Business and Community Leaders,

    You are cordially invited to join the Ohio Aviation Association (OAA), the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), and the Ohio Regional Business Aviation Association (ORBAA) for a briefing on aviation issues of importance to airports, aircraft owners, businesses, and pilots.  The details of the event are below, but space is limited. 

    When:       Thursday, September 19, 2025 (9:30a.m.-1p.m.)

    Where:       Akron-Canton Airport (CAK)

                       5400 Lauby Rd NW

         North Canton, OH 44720

    Location: Main terminal, 2nd floor, conference rooms.  Please enter through the main entrance at door 3, proceed straight (you will pass a green and blue glass wall). Elevator and stairs to the second floor will be to the left.

    Parking is available directly outside of the building and will be validated.

    The agenda for joint OAA/AOPA/ORBAA issue briefing will be:

    9:30a.m-11:30a.m. – Legislative Briefing

    • Welcome and Introductions
    • Brief overview of AOPA, OAA and ORBAA
    • Key priorities in the 136th General Assembly
    • NE Ohio airport presentations (7 mins and 4 slides each)
    • General discussion topics related to aviation (Q & A)
    11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Lunch with airports in NE Ohio area
    1-3p.m. – OAA Board of Directors Meeting
