Dear Elected Officials as well as Business and Community Leaders,
You are cordially invited to join the Ohio Aviation Association(OAA), the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), and the Ohio Regional Business Aviation Association (ORBAA) for a briefing on aviation issues of importance to airports, aircraft owners, businesses, and pilots. The details of the event are below, but space is limited.
When: Thursday, June 18, 2026 (9:30a.m.-1p.m.)
Where: Rickenbacker International Airport (LCK)

Parking is available directly outside of the building.
The agenda for briefing will be:
- · 9:30a.m-11:30a.m. – Legislative Briefing
- o Welcome and Brief Introductions
- o Brief overview of AOPA, OAA and ORBAA
1) Key priorities for the associations in the 136th General Assembly (2025-26)
2) Central Ohio airport presentations (each airport has 7-10 mins each)
3) General topics of discussion related to aviation (Q & A)
- · 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Lunch and discussions with individual airports in Central Ohio area
- · 1-3p.m. – OAA Board of Directors Meeting
